![]() ![]() My theory so far is uninstall Reforced, install Versus and then do some magic to make the campaign appear, I don't know. So what do I do in order to have all 3 campaigns installed in one package? I read in other discussion that it is possible yet noone really explains what does one have to do to make it so. When I try to launch the versus edition, Steam prompt for downloading approx 70 gb appears. When I launch it from system tray, Steam recognizes it as Versus edition. When I launch reforced from my Library, Steam recognizes it as Reforced. ![]() I downloaded Spellforce 3 reforced, did not download versus edition, Fallen Gods or Soul Harvest. Right now I own the base game Spellforce 3 and both Fallen Gods and Soul Harvest. ![]() I am super confused about this all, what am I supposed to do then? I found out that somehow I can have only 1 installation, the others don't have to have be downloaded, only some sort of packs need to be downloaded. For example by adding the Versus Edition under the "Useful links" tab and maybe changing the banner to SF3: Fallen God or even SF3: Versus.Hey, I was searching about the installation of this game and its other expansions. If just a few RTS streamers or content creators would pick up the Versus edition and play it on video I think the playerbase would skyrocket.īut maybe this subreddit could also help to spread the word and give interested people the right direction. I can't understand why THQ isn't marketing it towards this audience. With six different races that seem to be good balanced, a functioning ELO-ladder with matchmaking and replay and custom game functions the game would be a massive hit for disappointed wc3: reforged players or sc2 veterans.īut the problem is that those people mostly just don't know about a) spellforce 3 as a standalone RTS in general and b) that there is a free Versus edition out now. When I tried a few games and started to understand the worker and sector system I was blown away as how good and polished this game is. Coming from competitive RTS like Starcraft 2 and Warcraft 3 I was interested as there haven't been any good new RTS releases for years that interested me in the same way. I just just discovered the Spellforce 3: Versus launch by accident when I read a Fallen God review article. ![]()
